DEN - Networking & Empowerment
DEN is a networking initiative that is bringing together people who have been marginalized in the course of history. It has growing network of people who with their hard work have excelled in their respective fields. The network members comprises of Senior Bureaucrats, Administrators, Successful Industrialists, Bankers and Dalit intellectuals. This network aspires for assisting all such historically marginalized people in their spheres of life and empowering them by way of educational and entrepreneurial assistance.

DEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
DEN network firmly believes that true equality and freedom of historically marginalized people will not be possible without pursuing control over tools of economy and entrepreneurial advancement is key to this. In its goal of entrepreneurial assistance it has conducted various programs for individuals and groups who are keen to explore their abilities.

There is no dearth of people who need assistance in various ways but at the same people who have been benefited by various Constitutional measures are eager to come forward and contribute their share for betterment of society.

Sh Hardwari Lal is a hard working and dedicated member of TEAM DEN. He is a senior official in Ministry of Finance. He is presently working under Central Board of Excise and Customs and his office is at Central Revenue Building, ITO, New Delhi. He is a proud father of two dynamic children who are pursuing higher education. He resides in I.P. Extension of Delhi (East Delhi). His interests are Social entrepreneurship, Social service and sports activities.

Sh Kamal Kishore Katheria is a Senior Indian Revenue Service(IRS) officer. He is posted in Delhi and resides in South Delhi.He is proud Author of book "ASHMITAYON KA SANGHARSH" that is collection of essays on history of Marginalised people.
